 I would use this grant to restart the Charleston, SC chapter of Flashes of Hope. Flashes of Hope is a nonprofit that helps children with cancer see themselves through the gift of photography and raises money for pediatric cancer research. I've worked with them several times in Cleveland, OH and was so disappointed that the chapter in Charleston had lapsed. This is an opportunity that I have seen benefit many lives in front of and behind the camera. Thank you for the chance to enter and show my work and also help others.
