I’ve always been drawn to the quiet beauty in everyday moments, especially the kind you find in nature. There’s something powerful about the way light moves through trees, how the sky shifts colors at sunset, or how a simple path through the woods can tell a story without saying a word. Photography, for me, is a way to capture those moments and hold onto them—turning something fleeting into something lasting.
Taking pictures isn’t just something I enjoy; it’s something that grounds me. When I’m outside with my camera, I feel connected—to the earth, to the present moment, and to something bigger than myself. I pay attention to details most people might pass by, and I try to translate that feeling into every photo I take.
What I love most is being able to share that perspective with others. A photograph can make someone pause, feel something, or see the world a little differently. That’s what drives me. It’s not just about taking a picture—it’s about capturing emotion, energy, and the natural beauty that surrounds us every day.

Photography has become more than a passion for me; it’s a way of seeing, a way of expressing, and a way of connecting. With the support of this grant, I would continue growing, learning, and sharing that vision in a deeper, more meaningful way.
