I absolutely love Photography. Pictures are one of those few things that you can cherish for a lifetime.  Every parent, friend, family member, etc should be able to have photos of their loved ones because unfortunately sometimes the photos are all they have left to hold onto.  Capturing someone's true colors in a photograph is one of my main goals when doing portraits. Pictures can definitely say a thousand words without ever having to say anything at all!  Especially nowadays, having professional pictures taken can cost way more than most people can afford and that's not something I can be ok with.  That's why I do a lot of non profit photo sessions for new parents with their newborn, kindergarten photos for parents who are barely making ends meet but want good pictures of their children, senior portraits for the same type of parents because they know that's the last high school pics they will ever have done and money doesn't need to stand in the way EVER! Winning this grant would help me be able to continue helping families have professional photos of their loved ones without the burden of having to sacrifice more than they already are.  Being able to take these kids somewhere they love to be and make them laugh and feel like a prince/princess for their photoshoot then seeing the joy and happiness in the photos I take is what makes it all worth it. Winning the money from this grant would allow me to be able to continue this for many more families.
