Kaitlyn Phillips

I was raised in the northern most city in America, Utqiagvik (formerly known as Barrow), Alaska. Living in more central parts of Alaska, I now train dogs for competition obedience and sports as well as handle therapy dogs for the Red Cross. I have been privileged to get a lot of opportunities to grow my knowledge in animal services and still continue to seek higher levels of education.
